Due to the unique nature of consignment, we offer a 14-day return window for store credit on eligible items to keep our inventory fresh and sustainable.
Initiate Your Return
Log into your account or use our guest portal to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.
Prepare the Package
Carefully pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all store tags and designer labels remain attached and intact.
Ship It Back
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 3 business days of your request.
Receive Store Credit
Once our team inspects the item to confirm its original condition, your store credit will be issued to your account via a digital gift card.
